At Hidden Reality, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to help.
**Returns**
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the item must have all tags and labels intact.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 2-3 days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
**Refunds**
If you are entitled to a refund, you will receive the full purchase price of the item(s) excluding any shipping charges. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
**Exchanges**
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
